The Savage Garden always does a beautiful job styling their pieces – I love the way this one flows – each bud is specifically placed to make a statement.

We transformed the same ballroom from the ceremony to the reception. I love the bold pink and black and white pattern linen.

Nicole and Lionel were such a delight to work with. Nicole is originally from New Orleans, and Lionel is from Charleston. They met in college at Clemson University. We set out to design a wedding that incorporated pieces of New Orleans, parts of Charleston, and a little bit of glam. Nicole and Lionel were married last May at the Biltmore Ballrooms and today we’re featuring their ceremony.

I think this is one of my favorite getting ready shots – there’s just something about it!

We used the Fleur-de-lis to incorporate New Orleans into the design.

Following the ceremony, Deven and Cliff had an intimated seated dinner for 50 followed by dancing and dessert.

The ballroom was draped in gold by Event Drapery, and Magnum Co. provided gorgeous lighting.

I adore the orange detail at the bottom of the custom table linen by I Do Linens.

Deven and Cliff, it was such an honor and a joy to work with you on your wedding. You will be in my thoughts and prayers that Cliff will receive the kidney donation he needs to lead a normal and long life.

Deven and Cliff, our Wish Upon A Wedding couple, were married on a beautiful fall day in November at the W Buckhead. We had about 3 weeks to plan and design this wedding, but with the help of outstanding vendors it all came together!

Deven chose a color palette of tangerine, gold, ivory, and brown. She and Cliff wanted an elegant wedding with modern touches. The stationery suite, by Luxe Expressions, incorporated a monogram that we were able to use throughout the wedding design.

Deven is such a beautiful bride!

Chavonda & Tim’s reception was held at the Emory Conference Center

All of the letterpress stationery pieces from Luxe Expressions, were stunning, including their letterpress photo Save the Date.

The bride, Chavonda, is a chemistry professor, so we displayed the escort cards in test tubes.

The linen for the sweetheart table and cake tables were custom made by I Do Linens. I loved the look of the antique gold lace with the deep purple.

We made the table numbers part of the periodic table to go along with the chemistry element, but they were still very elegant using the artwork from the invitation design.

The beautiful rich colors were incorporated in the flowers, which were by Shosho Designs.

The wedding cake, truly a work of art, was by Sweet Sensations. She used the artwork from the invitation as inspiration for the cake design.

The candy buffet also served as the guest wedding favors

Jessica and Kevin’s wedding took place on a perfect Fall day in October. They had a Tuscan theme and chose the colors purple, green, and silver. Jessica knew exactly what she wanted for her wedding day, and I was so happy to be able to be there to help them bring all the details together.

The ceremony took place at Cathedral of Christ the King.

Cocktail hour was held in the English Garden at the Mansion on Peachtree

Followed by the reception in the ballroom.

Guest tables were named after the couple’s favorite cities

Each guest received an olive oil favor

The first dance was so sweet.

Following dinner, guests were treated to a gelato cart. Can you tell it was a hit?!

Tiffany and Clarence were married July 30th at the Piedmont Room.  I wanted to share some of their wedding details.

The color palette was pink and gold, and the bride was not afraid to use her beautiful pink!

Cocktail hour was set up with the guest book, escort cards, the glow of candlelight and pink accents.

The ceremony room was flipped for the reception.

Teri and Allan were married on July 4th at King Plow Event Gallery.

King Plow is a turn of the century, renovated warehouse, and full of character and raw beauty.

Another great feature of King Plow is the artwork throughout the space that makes for beautiful decor and conversation pieces

The ceremony space was very clean and elegant with tons of  candles and a beautiful ceremony altar

Cocktail hour took place in the front gallery full of artwork on the walls

Guests were able to hop into the Photo Booth, which also served as the couple’s guest bookk

The ceremony room was flipped for the reception and we kept plenty of candlelight in the room

A very special and sentimental favor, the couple gave breast cancer bracelets

which also included a note in loving memory of those they lost to breast cancer, including the bride’s mother

All of the decor, including the bouquets, by Bold American, was beautiful and elegant

The DJ booth was a focal point with beautiful branches draped with candles and crystal

Last month, Nicole and Chauncey were married at the Atlanta Renissance downtown. Their wedding design centered around a paisley print and the colors black, pink, and yellow.

A new service we’re excited to offer our clients at Lemiga Events, are full scale design renderings of the decor.  It can be hard sometimes to envision the end product, and this allows the client to gain better perspective on how the pieces will fit together.
