We specialize in full service wedding design. Our services start at
$4100. All of our clients receive the following services with our
signature wedding design:

• Up to Six vendor meetings
• Up to Three planning sessions
• Unlimited emails and phone calls
• Up to 10 hours on wedding day for planner and 3 assistants

Venue Selection

Research and recommend locations according to client’s budget and
venue requirements. Attend 3 site visits at client’s discretion during
venue selection process.

Budget Analysis

Prepare itemized wedding budget based on standard wedding expenses and
make suggestions to tailor wedding details to stay on target for
couple’s budget.

Wedding Planning Worksheets

Includes budget analysis, weekend itinerary, planning timeline, vendor
contacts, and wedding party.

Vendor Selection

Research and recommend vendors according to client’s budget and
preferences. Review proposals and negotiate terms of final vendor
contracts.

Event Design

Site visit to discuss and confirm the layout and design of the space.
Assist with choosing wedding colors and themes. Provide overall design
scheme for vendors to follow for creation of stationery, floral,
linens, lighting, and other related ceremony and reception décor.
Coordinate with vendors for execution of the design.

Wedding Day Coordination

Site visit to perform final venue walk-through and finalize details.
Confirm all vendors are scheduled, prompt and in place before the
wedding. Oversee all vendor setups on the day of the wedding and make
sure everything runs smoothly. Make sure that everything has been set
up per your specifications for the ceremony and reception. We will be
the sole contact for vendors on the day of the wedding. Coordinate and
cue the ceremony and reception events.

Each client receives a custom proposal based upon additional services requested.
