We specialize in full service event design. Our services start at
$2400. All of our clients receive the following services with our
social event design:
- Up to Four vendor meetings
- Up to Two planning sessions
- Unlimited emails and phone calls
- Up to 10 hours on event day for planner and 2 assistants
Venue Selection
Research and recommend locations according to client’s budget and
venue requirements. Attend 2 site visits at client’s discretion during
venue selection process.
Vendor Selection
Research and recommend vendors according to client’s budget and
preferences. Review proposals and negotiate terms of final vendor
contracts.
Event Design
Site visit to discuss and confirm the layout and design of the space.
Assist with choosing colors and themes. Provide overall design scheme
for vendors to follow for creation of stationery, floral, linens,
lighting, and other related event décor. Coordinate with vendors for
execution of the design.
Event Day Coordination
Two site visits to perform venue walk-through and finalize details.
Ensure that everything has been set up per your specifications for the
event. Confirm all vendors are scheduled, prompt and in place before
the event. Oversee all vendor setups on the day of the event and make
sure everything runs smoothly. We will be the sole contact for vendors
on the day of the event. Coordinate and cue all scheduled events.
Each client receives a custom proposal based upon additional services
requested.
