Today I’m sharing the most amazing summer fresh salad and refreshing Prosecco sorbet – perfect for your next luncheon or dinner party!
When Chef Christan Willis talks about food her eyes light up and you can’t help but feel the love she has for creating her signature comfort dishes with an Asian flair. A past Food Network competitor, recent newlywed, and now a personal chef, it was a special treat to hang out with Christan to get to know her a little better and of course enjoy her delicious cooking!
|Christan has over 10 years experience in the culinary industry and enjoys combining bold ingredients like ginger, soy, basil, and even espresso into her dishes. Her comfort foods have Asian flair, and favorites include curry dishes, noodles and anything with a little heat. When chowing down herself, she enjoys paella, panang curry and her favorite snack of maduros. When eating out, she’d order the Fried Goat Cheese at Ecco, Lasagna at Baraonda, and salted caramel gelato at Morelli’s ice cream. Now that’s a girl after my own heart!
Outside of cooking she’s a food journalist and fitness model, so healthy living and eating are very important to her. Christan’s eagerness to learn about new flavors and techniques, and true passion for cooking & fitness make her a focused entrepreneur and and all around girl boss! Today she’s sharing her phenomenal Peach & Basil Salad recipe.
